1) Surcharge of S$50 applies to all T4 Quayside service per way.
2) Buggy service is not available for all Terminal 4 services.
3) Service will be charged on a per passenger basis for the following blackout dates:
a) Eve / Public Holidays
b) IMDEX
c) Formula One
d) Air-Show
4) No charge for children age 0 to 24 months. Any child above 24 months of age will be considered as 1 full passenger.
5) Passengers are subjected to respective Airlines’ conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage.
6) JetQuay baggage handling is limited to 2 pieces of check-in baggage per passenger. Additional bags are chargeable at $50 per bag (subject to taxes) and payable over the reception counter. Additional charges may also apply for odd sized luggage.
7) It is passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they are at the correct Terminal (CIP Terminal) for departure. JetQuay will not be responsible for any no-show fees resulting from passengers departing from the wrong Terminal.
8) Any amendments/cancellations made less than 6 hours prior to service date and time will be at full charge. In the event of “no shows”, full rates apply.
